Dr. Driscoll says that's why it's important to visit a
doctor when dealing with insomnia rather than trying to
medicate the problem on your own.
You can increase your changes of falling asleep faster
by allowing more quiet time before going to sleep.
Also, give yourself at least 20 minutes to fall asleep.
